The recipe makes one serving, but it’s easily multiplied for a crowd! For larger batches, simply adjust the ingredients proportionally and store in an airtight container for 1-2 days before the fizz loses its magic.

Ingredients:

  • For the Lavender Simple Syrup:
    • ½ cup organic evaporated cane juice (or sugar)
    • ½ cup water
    • 2 teaspoons culinary-grade, dried lavender
  • For the Soda:
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons lavender simple syrup (from above)
    • 1-2 cups chilled sparkling water
    • Ice cubes
