These past few months at Quite The Stir have been a bit wonderful, and we’ve jointly decided our tea adventure is not a bad gig. We all have flexible schedules and can move from pop-up to pop-up to our Tea Shop and Tea Bar. We enjoy discovering new teas and tea blends, sampling, and packaging, too. But, if we tell the truth, we most of all appreciate the opportunity to meet some fantastic people!
We were fortunate enough to participate in several events–unlike any we’ve done before– The Grand Opening of the Carlisle Artisan Market in downtown Carlisle in August and the Magical Mystical Market, as well. What fun and exciting events. We were fortunate to meet many of our new customers in person, and all of them were supportive and super interested in learning about tea and delighted to buy our tea blends and accessories. Both events were quite successful! We plan to participate in another big event at the Carlisle Artisan Market soon- Winter Wonderland Artisan Market, on November 5 and 6, 2022.
As you can imagine, all of these events and enjoying being at the Artisan Market have motivated us to commit to even more events at new locations and with more vendors and to travel to new markets. Our customer gave us a little nudge and suggested we do a holiday event in Gettysburg, PA. We were inspired because how festive would that be? Quite The Stir will be at the Gettysburg College 2022 Holiday Festival held on December 7, 2022, from 10:00 to 3:00. We’ll be bringing a delicious lineup of Santa’s best-ever teas, and also – Winter Wonderland Tea Blends, Festive Rooibos Tea, our Black Forest Chocolate Cake tea blend and Minty Candy Cane Tea for the kid in all of us. You may even want to take home our souvenir tea blend, especially for Gettysburg, GetTEAsburg.
There are more events ahead, and we’ll keep you posted. In the meantime, and in between times, please visit our shop and tea bar in Carlisle at the Carlisle Artisan Market or visit us online at Quite The Stir. If you’re local and want to order anything from us, feel free to email us, and we’ll deliver your order to the store for your pickup. Saves on shipping, and as the holidays approach, who among us can’t use little savings?
We’d love to hear if anyone else has a suggestion for a pop-up location Quite The Stir should look into and, of course, what everyone else is going to be doing for the Holidays ahead. We welcome pictures of any tea events below!
So, for now, we’ll be signing off-but, remember you can follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter! Thanks to everyone who’s supported us!
Here’s a toast to tea!
