Our Lemon Verbena, or bee brush, is native to South America and has become a popular herb partly due to its medicinal properties. Lemon Verbena is believed to have the ability to reduce inflammation, boost the immune system and calm the stomach. It is also used to reduce fevers, combat congestion, and aid in weight loss. As the name suggests, it offers a herbaceous citrus flavor and is milder than lemongrass.  We recommend consulting your doctor before using herbs and spices, particularly during pregnancy, nursing, or while taking medication.

Lemon Verbena is a perfect addition to make many tea blends.
