Our attention to detail and warm hospitality quickly became the gold standard for our craft. Though that chapter has closed, the expertise and passion we developed there remain the foundation of everything we do today.
We have since moved to a dedicated production house in York Springs, where we focus on the meticulous hand-blending of artisanal teas, spices, and micro-batch, third-wave coffee roasting. Our exquisite loose-leaf teas remain at the heart of our work, but we now bring that same care and rigor to our coffees and spice blends.

We use a direct-trade model, partnering directly with artisan growers worldwide to source our teas, herbs, botanicals, and coffee beans. By bypassing middlemen, we maintain strict control over quality and freshness. We then hand-blend and roast in small batches to preserve nuanced flavor profiles our customers have come to expect.
